Mexican Turkey Dip

Mexican Turkey Dip
non stick cooking spray
1 tablespoon olive oil
1lbs ground turkey
1 package of taco seasoning mix
1 cup salsa
3 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons of minced black olives
2 tablespoons of minced green onion

In a large skillet over medium heat saute the turkey with the oil for 5 or 6 minutes, or until no longer pink. Drain meat and add seasoning packet. Spray casserole dish down lightly with cooking spray. Press meat in to the bottom of the dish. Top turkey with salsa..
In a small bowl combine cream cheese and sour cream. Spread mixture over turkey and salsa. Top with cheese and bake for 25 minutes at 350.
Garnish with green onion and olives. Serve with corn chips.
