Tortellini with Pesto Dip

Appetizer #1

This is perhaps the easiest appetizer ever. This is one of my main "go to" apps for any party. Now my cupcakes are usually made with whole foods only, and I don't buy things premade. That being said, when I'm having a party those rules are out the window. I still make plenty from scratch, but a quick recipe like this, is a lifesaver.
Tortellini with Pesto Dip
3 (9oz) packages of Digiorno fresh tortellini. Get what ever fillings you would like, and try to get different colored ones for presentation. The hot red pepper one is red and all of the spinach flavors are green
1 (8oz) Phlilly cream cheese (room temperature)
1 (7oz) package of Digiorno Pesto sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 can of whole black olives
1 yellow pepper
1 red pepper
little bit of olive oil

Combine the cream cheese, lemon and pesto in a bowl.
Prepare pasta according to the directions on the package. After pasta has drained place in a large bowl and gently toss with a little olive oil to keep them from sticking together. Cut peppers in to strips, and place peppers, olives, and tortellini on a serving tray with pesto dip in the center.

That's it and it's soooo good.
