Easy Taco Dip

Appetizer #3

This is what I probably make the most for parties, it's easy, tasty and always a big hit.

Taco Dip
2 packages of Philly cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 cup of sour cream
2 teaspoons of chili powder
11/2 teaspoons of ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon of red pepper
1/2 cup of your favorite salsa or picante sauce
2 cups of shredded cheese ( I use 1 cup of cheddar and 1 cup of
monterey jack)
Grape tomatoes
Green onion
Black olives
Green stuffed olives
Shredded lettuce
Blue Corn Chips (or your favorite corn chips)

In a bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, and spices until smooth and well blended. Stir in salsa. Spread in to a serving tray and top with cheese. Slice topping and arrange on top of the cheese.

It's super easy, my daughter helped me make it the last time. She was very proud of herself.

I can only make it for parties, otherwise I'd eat it all myself.
